Recruiters can post free jobs at Tecwallet and after successful submission Tecwallet will notify all the trained professionals who took training or took quiz at Tecwallet about the job postings.

Eligible candidates can apply for the position and once they apply, then recruiters will receive the details of trainings that candidate completed via Tecwallet. Recruiter will also get details of exam/quiz result of eligible candidates.

Recruiters will not get details until candidate approves it from their end. Only details of matched skill set will be shared with recruiters.

For example, if trainee took two trainings - course "A" and also of course "B”, and job requires course "A" skill set, then recruiter will get the training details of course "A" only and they will never get details of course "B".
