What You Will Be Doing

- Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the sales related tools and technology investments.
- Creation of dashboards for sales people, sales management, sales support, operations, finance and senior management.
- Provide on-going technical support to internal users (mainly sales staff) including training, dashboard set up, and basic reporting.
- Develop, test and deploy customization, custom objects, new functionality, and Suite Apps based on evolving business needs.
- Create meaningful and scalable reports based on CRM and business data.
- Provide sales staff with in-depth analysis of their business from an operational and product performance perspective.
- Work directly with sales staff to help them understand their data and provide actionable insights to their business, particularly as it relates to sales processes.
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, timeliness and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning and execution efforts.
- Support and coordination to complete sales plans and budgets.

What You Need for this Position

- 5 to 10 years of Sales Operations Analysis/Management experience
- Experience with SFA tools such as Salesforce.com or SugarCRM
- Experience creating dashboards for sales people, sales management, sales support, operations, finance and senior management
- Past experience in the selection, implementation, training and support (with support from IT) of any sales productivity tools, such as Salesforce.com or SugerCRM and others.
- Strong data analytics and reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of the sales life cycle
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience
