Job Description:

• Shouldhave technical knowledge of entire Oracle EBusiness suite of Products (11i andR12).
• Shouldhave Product knowledge of most of the  Oracle CRM (especially in CRMFoundation, Teleservice, Installed Base, Service Contract, Telesales, CustomerHub) Modules.
• Shouldhave very good knowledge on Coding, Debugging, Design and reviews.
• Shouldhave experience in at least two – five Projects (Implementations or Roll Outsor Upgrade, Maintenance/Support Engagements in preferably Telecom Industry.
• Shouldhave knowledge of Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or SupportEngagements.
• Shouldhave extensive knowledge on RICEW components and application of SDLC’s to RICEcomponents.
• Should have Very Good knowledge on Data migrations, Forms, Reports, BI publisher,Knowledge of OAF and Workflow is a Plus.
